Application for Foreign Employee Quota 2025: The Establishment or Enterprise's owner or director shall be applied for Foreign Employee Quota 2025 on 1st September, 2024 in the Foreign Workers Centralized Management System - FWCMS with website www.fwcms.mlvt.gov.kh in pursuant with Notification No. 0226/24 dated 11st September, 2024 issued by the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MoLVT).
