Mr. YOENG Samdy is the Attorney-at-Law of YOENG & ASSOCIATES and he is also a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. 

Samdy earned the dual International Master Degree in Land and Property Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics, and Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, (Republic of France), and Bachelor Degree of Law from University of Cambodia (UC). 

Before, He joined local Law Firms; he has gained the vast legal experiences with his expertise ranging from due diligence, consultation, court representative on ground of criminal and civil cases as well as the investment and corporate law. The vast of experiences has been getting him as a well-known Attorney-at-Law with the high professionalism. After working on those fields, Samdy has also expended his own expertise into the number of fields such as intellectual property (IP Law), banking and finance, real estate, arbitration, labour law and taxation.

Mr. Engkakada Danh, Senior Legal Consultant & Partner of YOENG & ASSOCIATES.

Kakada has obtained the Master Degree from South Korea and Australia on the International Law and Corporate Management. With over 15 years of experiences in several key areas such as labour law, corporate law and investment law, Kakada is a legal strategist trusted by clients for his sharp analytical skills and pragmatic solutions. As a partner at our firm, he leads high-stakes transaction, complex dispute solutions and regulatory compliance matters, delivering results that align with business objectives. 

Recognized for his notable achievement of successfully guiding multinational clients through cross-border deals, Kakada combines deep legal expertise with a client-centric approach.

POM Piseth, Legal Associate, YOENG & Associates Law Office. He earned his Bachelor Degree of Law from IIC University of Technology. 

Before, He joins with our Law Office in the Kingdom of Cambodia; he has gained experiences with corporate, tax, and banking in private sector companies and more legal experiences legal research and writing in associated with business company such as Corporate, Investment, tax, and labour. 

Currently, he focuses on legal research and writing to support lawyer for providing legal services professionally on E-commerce Transactions based on Cambodian Law on E-commerce accordingly. He can speak Khmer and English.

Mss. HUONG Vu, Senior Account & Tax Counsel, YOENG & Associates Law Office. She earned her Bachelor Degree of Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE). 

Before, She joins with our Law Office in the Kingdom of Cambodia; she has gained experiences with corporate, tax, banking, finance and account in private sector companies and more legal experiences legal research and writing in associated with business company such as Corporate, Investment, tax, and labour. 

Currently, she focuses on legal research and writing to support lawyer for providing legal and tax services professionally on business, banking, finance and account, and tax. She can speak Vietnamese and English.

Miss. KE Chantha, Assistant of Lawyer, YOENG Samdy’s Law Office. She earned her Bachelor Degree of Law from the Preah Sihamoniraja Buddhist University (PSBU). 

Before, She joins with our Law Office; she has gained more legal experiences legal research and writing in associated with private company laws such as Commercial, Taxation, Banking, and Finance. 

Currently, she focuses on legal research and writing to support lawyer and senior accountant and tax counsel for providing fully legal services on business, tax, finance & banking, and court litigations with operational business growth purpose only. She can speak Khmer, English, and Vietnamese plus.

Mr. CHHUT Vanny, Legal Assistant YOENG & Associates Law Office. He earned her Bachelor Degree of Law from the University of Cambodia. Before, She joins with Law Office; he has gained more legal experiences legal research and writing in associated with private company laws such as Commercial, NSSF, Labour, Taxation, Intellectual Property, Property’s Transactions. Currently, he focuses on legal research and writing to support lawyer for providing lawyer’s services professionally on commercial, taxation, labour, intellectual property, property’s transactions, and court litigations. He can speak Khmer and English.
