Patent Tax

GDT have issued a notification on Patent Tax Obligation for Taxpayers. Patent tax is an annual tax levied on business activities according to types of taxpayers and level of turnovers. The patent tax shall apply to the taxpayer who doing businesses in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
